There are lots of park homes, including prefabricated houses and static caravans available to buy, these are available sited and un-sited and can usually be moved by professionals to another site or plot of land of your choice if desired.
Many of our park homes are sited, we currently have properties throughout Crevillente, Fortuna, Bigastro and surrounding areas, each site varies in terms of ameneties. Many have a communal swimming pool, bar/restaurant, shop and security. Some sites have communal satellite dishes for sky tv. You will have your own plot usually 100m+) which is yours to do as you wish- garden, terrace etc.
Site fees are applicable if the property is on a campsite, they cover the costs of the community fees, swimming pool maintenance, site maintenance, waste removal and the costs of site security. Your only other outgoing would be the water and electricity that you use (plus internet, phone etc.. if you choose to have these). Site fees vary from 2500 per year to 4000€ per year depending on the site. Some of our park homes our brand new and still in storage at factories where they are made, some are being sold from a site but cannot remain there. This option would allow you to choose a site or private plot of land where you would like to put your property. We can help arrange transportation.
