Full description

The location is good, near to the main road for access to the motorway just 1 minute by car to the junction. Easy access to lots of towns nearby. The apartments and the recreation area over look the countryside, and it is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bar. It is about 4 minutes to the town centre and church plaza. The swimming pool complex is great, and it is in the sun all day, but there is some shade under the palm trees, with a good sized kidney shaped pool, and kids splash pool. There is a putting green, and bbq area, all set in mature landscaped gardens, with fountain and waterfall. This is all gated and walled and access is only for residents and people staying in Villasol complex.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but there is 6 steps to enter the building. There is a very large front terrace, with a small shaded area. You enter straight into the large lounge with wood flooring. There are 2 sofas, there is a coffee table, tv cabinet, dining table and chairs. Then through an archway toward the seperate kitchen, is a seperate utility room, with sink.
