This beautiful and maintained finca is located near the canal of Albatera. It is located 6 km from Crevillente and 6 km of Albatera Centre. In both villages there are shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The house is beautifully situated behind an orchard with all kinds of fruit trees and is almost invisible from the street. If you go through the gate, you have a beautiful driveway, next to the orchard, along the garden and the private swimming pool (8.80 m x 4.40 m) up to the house.
