Available for LONG TERM rent.  This home is on a residential site (camping) between the towns of Catral and Crevillente. You do need a car to get around as there is no public transport.  It is about a 20 minute drive to the coast.

It has great potential and you can landscape the garden how you wish.  The home has steps up to the entrance door and then there are 2 outside terraces to enjoy the elevated views of the countryside.  Inside is a large fitted kitchen area, a dining area, 2 large bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with walk in showers and a spacious lounge area.  It is being rented part furnished and is available immediately.  There is also space to park a car at then side of the home.

The home is aimed at people aged 50 plus, children can visit for holidays, but not live there.  2 pets are allowed.  

There is a communal pool and a bar just for the site that opens 4 times a week.  There is also controlled access to the site.
